He is survived by: his daughter Trenia Phillips (Terry); his grandchildren, Jeremy Worthan, Becky Gowens (Jamie), Ashley Heartt (Ryan), Ric Worthan (Kiani), Allison O'Brien (Evan), Andrea Pharris and Brandie Tanner (Neil); and also Gainesville. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
