He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. McMillan and Grace Cherry McMillan; and his sister Alice McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Galloway McMillan of Buchanan; his daughters, Jonette Barrett of Ohio and Bridget Cash of Buchanan; his grandchildren, Brittany Cash, Tyler Cash and Fidel Taboada; and his great grandchildren, Eliga Arp and Kylee Arp. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
