She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Hardy Freeze and Margaret Lavender Freeze; and her brothers, Charles Freeze and Johnny Freeze. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Holtzclaw of Buchanan; her son Jeremy Holtzclaw of Buchanan; her grandsons, Justin Holtzclaw and Colton Holtzclaw; her great grandchild Kash Holtzclaw; her brother Andrew Freeze; and her sister-in-law Debbie Freeze. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
