She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Nathaniel Harrell and Sara Myrtle Gentry Lewis; her daughter Annette Wade; her grandsons, Mitchell Wade, Joshua Wade and Christopher Wade; and her siblings, Mary Jones, Wanda Sue Harper, William Bobby Harrell and James Nathaniel Harrell.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Gerald Wade of Buchanan; her son Ricky; her daughter-in-law Michelle Wade of Tallapoosa; her grandchildren, Mandy Baggett, Patrick Daniel, Anna Wade, Tara Patterson, Brittney Hembree, Justin Puckett, Jay Lowery and CJ Lowery; and her brother-in-law Larry Cash of Tallapoosa. She is also survived by great great grandchildren; one sister.
