He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gene Costley and Linder Sluder Costley; and his brother Marvin Vandever Costley. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Lee Costley; his sons, Joshua Robert Costley and Bobby Lee Costley (Cori); his siblings, Melissa Maner, Bill Costley (Amy) and Michael Costley (Joy); his grandchildren, Bobbie Lee, Billy Gene, John Hunter, Joshua and Cason; and his aunt Deborah Pair. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
