He is survived by: his wife Deborah Everitte Mitchell of Buchanan; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Holly Mitchell of Temple; and his grandchildren, Montana Mitchell, Jordon Hembree, Levi Hembree, Christopher Mitchell, Eliza Mitchell and Cristian Ruiz.
