He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Fuller and Margie Marie Ray Fuller; and his brothers, Alford Nathaniel Fuller and David Spencer Fuller. He is survived by: his daughter Chloe; his son-in-law Scottie Vaughn of Douglasville; his brother Timothy; his sister-in-law Jennifer Fuller of Buchanan; and his grandchildren, Preston Whitmire, Loki Whitmire and Mason Whitmire. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
