It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Carter (Buchanan, Georgia), born in Haralson, Georgia, who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Russell Carter. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Carter of Buchanan; his daughter Stacey; his son-in-law Charles Morin of Carrollton; and his son James.
