He is survived by: his wife Teresa Tolbert Glasgow; his children, Samantha (Jonathan Pope), Alicia (Aaron Cook) and Shea; his daughter-in-law Ashleigh Tolbert of Aragon; his sisters, Nancy (Billy Hicks) and Linda Maclean of Dallas; and his grandchildren, Taylor Pope, Wyatt Tolbert, Elijah Tolbert, Tyler Ashworth and Alexis Ashworth. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to help with Perry's final expenses.
