She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin and Vera Aola Addison Miller; her husband Marshall Morris Bowen; and her siblings, Clara Osborne, Hazel Chandler, Evelyn Chandler, Bertha Osmer, Junior Miller, Clarence Miller and Daniel Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Bowen of Buchanan, Tim and Amy Bowen of Mableton; and her siblings, Annie Ruth Hammock of Buchanan, Elaine Smith of Tallapoosa, Horace Miller of Cedartown, William Miller of Buchanan and Noble Miller of Buchanan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
