With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Richard Fryer of Buchanan, Georgia, who passed away on October 7, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fryer and Nettie "Totsie" Fryer. He is survived by: his significant other Rose Clark; his children, Susan, Kyle Abbott of Monticello, Jill Gembecki of Winder and Ross Fryer of Monticello; his brother Billy; his sister-in-law Kim Fryer of Talbotton, GA; his sister Maggie "Tim"; and his brother-in-law Eddie Pope of Howard, GA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; several nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to MADD of Georgia, http://www.madd.org.
