He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Weatherby; his children, Joe Barclay of Pahrump, Christy (Scott Fortes), Georgia and Tom (Celeste Barclay); and his brothers, John Marshall (Judy Hale) and Earnest Paul Hale of Athens, Alabama. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
