She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Duke and Gladys Mae Cater Duke; her husband Hurtis Sullivan; her daughter Elizabeth Sullivan; and her siblings, Mildred Duke, Carolyn Pruitt, Dorothy Yates, Fay Duke, Arvel Duke, Harvey Duke and Charles Duke.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Sullivan and Michael Sullivan; and her siblings, Margaret Blue, Clovis Benton and Doyle Duke. She is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
