He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye Locklear Baxter and H. C. Baxter. He is survived by: his sister Mickie Baxter of Dallas; his nephew Craig Dykes; his great-nephew Trace Dykes; and his aunts and uncles, Cliff Locklear, George Wright, Thelma Locklear and Doris Baxter. He is also survived by many cousins, other family members, and friends.
