She was predeceased by: her parents, C. L. Pearson and Alma Grace Owen Hanson; her husband Jerry Hudell Shepherd; and her son Terence Edward Shepherd. She is survived by: her daughter Tina Annette Martin of Bremen; her grandsons, Terence "Terry" Smith of Carrollton and Charles "Charlie" Crafton of Bremen; her great grandchild Jameson Smith of Carrollton; and her siblings, Linda Cherry, Deborah Dills and Michael Pearson of Bremen. She is also survived by her family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Draketown Cemetery (100 Eaves Dr, Temple, GA 30179). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Draketown Baptist Church Cemetery (100 Eaves Dr, Temple, GA 30179).
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Beulah Land Baptist Church, 229 Pleasant Grove Road, Rockmart, GA 30153.
