We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2022, at the age of 96, Curtis McDougald of Buchanan, Georgia, born in Jackson, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Hogan McDougald and Floyd Jackson McDougald; and his siblings, Ruth Sosebee, Runelle Nelms, Agnes Yvonne McDougald, Marion "Duck" McDougald, Paul Jackson McDougald, Clifford "Buddy" McDougald and Floyd "Junior" McDougald.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Fincher of Buchanan, Curtis McDougald of Kennesaw and Harold McDougald of Gainesville; his sisters, Lunette Stover of Gainesville, Dora Mae Murphy of Gainesville and Shirley McKinney of Johns Creek; and his caregiver Susan Heard. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
