He is survived by: his wife Pamela Darlene Huckaby Smith of Buchanan; his sons, Charles Shane Smith (Nikkey) of Atlanta and Michael Steven Smith (Karen Dieterle) of Tucker; his stepson Alexander Lee; his sisters, Martha Murdock of McDonough, Donna Ware (Jack) of Morrow and Beverly Dial of Conley; his grandson Kristopher Herbst; and his stepgrandson Waylon Lee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
