He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron R. Weatherby and Alva Beauchamp Weatherby; his wife Mary Ann Weatherby; and his siblings, Mattie Lou Weatherby, Roscoe Weatherby, Ralph Weatherby and Almus Weatherby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as a number of great nieces and nephews.
