It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlis L Baker of Buchanan, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Comer Bartley Baker and Edna Ruth Howard Baker; and his brother Freddy Baker. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Joleen Smith Baker of Buchanan; his daughters, Candance (Donald Majors), Amanda (James Cummings) and Shannon Baker of Bremen; and his siblings, Melba Parson (Mary Lou Bundrum Mann) of Villa Rica and Robert Baker of Douglasville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Walking Humbly Outdoor Adventures 15030 State Rd. 45 South, Water Valley, KY 42085 in memory of Carlis Lee Baker.
