Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ann Westmoreland (Buchanan, Georgia), who passed away at the age of 79, on September 22, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Arthur Swanson and Hazel Clara VanBibber Swanson; and her daughter Cheri Mixon. She is survived by: her husband Marvin Glynn Westmoreland; her children, Suzanne Mitchell of Douglasville, Lisa Surginer (Justin) of Eastman and Marvin Glynn Westmoreland, Jr. of Buchanan; her sister Mary Sue Hoffman of Love's Park, IL; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Mitchell, Scott Mitchell, David Mixon, Jackie Mixon, Mark Mixon, Rebecca Surginer, Elizabeth Surginer and Mary Surginer. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.
