He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Hedrick Manning; his children, Rob Manning (Lisa) of Dallas and Anita Race (Ronnie) of Buchanan; his brother James Manning of Roanoke, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Ronda Waters, Davin Manning and Tiffany Gentry. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
