She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Cook and Dessie Hobbs Cook. She is survived by: her husband Doyal Eugene Lepard of Buchanan; her children, Genita Dunn (Wayne) of Aragon and Derrick Lepard of Atlanta; her siblings, Nancy Weaver (Charles) of Buchanan, Agnes Morris (Billy) of Buchanan and Freddy Cook; her grandchildren, Lily Green and Davin Dunn; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Green and Alexander Green. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
