She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul C. Moxley and Madelyn Jackson Moxley; her sister Marilyn M. Lumley; her nephew Thomas P. Owens; and her great-niece Virginia R. Owens.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Carter (Wiley) of Brunswick, Deborah Owens (Edward) of Brunswick and Ricky Moxley (Debbie) of Brunswick; her daughter Amanda B. Quigley of Brunswick; her nephews, Phillip Owens (Candace) of Brunswick and Ryan Moxley (Audra) of Brunswick; her niece Kimberly Moxley Hanks of Brunswick; her grandchildren, Gabe Carter and Zoey Carter of Brunswick; her close friend Dennis Varnadore of Brunswick; her great-aunt Helen Harris (Parell) of Brunswick; her great-uncle Vernon Jackson Sr. (Sadie) of Jesup; and her sisters, Bobbie Brooker (Hamp) of Brunswick and Annie Essex (Gene) of Darien. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and many more lifelong friends.
