He is survived by: his wife Mary Spaulding; his son Rick Spaulding (Jeannie); his brothers, Glenn Spaulding (Sandra) and Gene Spaulding; his stepchildren, Glenda Perkins (Mike) and Tony Cochran (Holly); and his grandchildren, Dillon Spaulding (Ashley Measley), Logan Spaulding, William Perkins, Amber Ippolito, Jessica Cochran and Christian Cochran. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
