She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy Underwood and Lula Mae Smith Underwood; and her siblings, Dub, Robert, Wayne, Russell, Thomas Underwood, Laverne Smith, Linda Lewis and Sarah Rooks.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Lilly and Addy; her children, Joey Carroll (David Carter) of Brunswick and Tammy Wentland of Littleton, Colorado.; her grandchildren, Samantha Zimmer (Casey) of Layton and Colby Wentland of Syracuse, Utah.; her great grandchildren, Asher Wentland of Blairsville and Brixton Zimmer of Layton, Utah.; and her siblings, Sharon Underwood (Lee) of Brunswick, Debbie Underwood of Brunswick, Vanessa Daniels (Jeffrey) of Waycross, Ricky (Carolyn), Rudy and Clyde Underwood (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
