She was predeceased by: her husband William Lattany, Sr.; her son Howard Dewayne Dunwoody; and her brothers, Abraham Wilson, Jr. and Charles Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Abra Lattany-Reed (Barry), William Lattany, Jr. (Carol), Emma Sheree Gardner (Roderick), Sadie L. Barnes (Walt), Natalie V. Moses (Andrew), Marsha G. Dart (Angelo) and Nathaniel Dunwoody, Jr. (Gwen); her brother Johnny Wilson (Gwen); her goddaughters, Stephanie Dawson and Rosanita Coleman; and her nieces and nephews, Terry Wilson, Charleen Wilson, Debra Wilson, Portland Wilson, Raydon Wilson, Johnny Wilson, Allen Wilson, Miles Wilson, Lloyd Blackmon and Jonzell Wilson. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 6 great, great grandchildren.
Due to the current state of (COVID-19) pandemic and in order to promote social distancing, anyone entering the funeral home for viewing; as well as attending all graveside services must wear a mask.
