He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Baggs and Cleo Davis Baggs; his close friend Grant Whitfield; and his siblings, Lawton Baggs, Emory Baggs, Marion Baggs, Stanford Baggs and Melba Baggs Walters.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce B. Waters of Brunswick, Glenda Fay Baggs of Blackshear and Barbara Maple (Doug) of Cedar Key, Fla.; and his sisters-in-law, Sherleen Baggs of Newberry, Fla. and Yvonne Baggs of Brunswick. He is also survived by his family and interacted with siblings, nieces and nephews.
