It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Kathryn Dugger (Brunswick, Georgia), born in Cairo, Georgia, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Kinchen and Pearl Kinchen; and her sibling Brunell Kinchen Tyus. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Dugger; and her daughters, Karen Dugger and Marsha Johns (Jerry). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
