It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lula Mincey of Brunswick, Georgia, born in Louisville, Georgia, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henrietta Gibbons Maxwell and David Burton; and her brother Robert Maxwell. She is survived by: her husband Lewis Mincey; her granddaughter Bay Harbour Church of God; her daughters, Alzatia Clark (Nathaniel) and Shantel Wilcox (Christopher); her grandchildren, Serena McClain (Whitney) of Christopher, II, Mehkya and Abijah Wilcox; her great grandchildren, Alyssa and Ariah; her brothers, Willie Burton (Cynthia) of Brunswick, Darryl Maxwell of Brunswick and Edgar Burton; her aunt Anna Gibbons; and her close friends, Ann Cash, Carol Clinch and Vernella Mitchell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
