He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gutierrez (Green); his parents, Salvador Gutierrez and Ruth Garcia Gutierrez; his children, Leroy Gutierrez and Marcie Weir (Jim); his stepchildren, Christina Bennett (Preston), Mary Lucas, Windy Edwards (Patrick), Crystal Mosley, Donnie Mosley (Ivey) and Michael Waters; and his grandsons, Neil, Joseph Weir and Alex Gutierrez. He is also survived by sixteen step-grandchildren; three brothers; and three sisters.
