He is survived by: his children, Janet Taylor (George) of Dixie Union, Penny Bowers of Blackshear, Susan Bowen of Waycross, Connie Pruitt of Lakeland, GA, Roger Kott (Pat) of Georgetown, GA, Daniel Kott Bowen of Waycross and Robin Bowen Hambric of Waycross; his siblings, Louise Thornberry (Harvey) of Ohio and Mitchell Bowen (Norene) of Blackshear; and his sister-in-law Alice Bowen of Texas. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; a multitude of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
