She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Wells and Annie Mae Wells (Smith); her husband Carroll Edward Bullard; and her siblings, Thelma Stephens, Gladys Thompson, Annie B. Waters, James and John Wells.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Garcia of Brunswick and Angela Haney (Michael) of Hoboken; her sister Doris Black of Waycross; and her grandchildren, Ashlee, Josh, Austin and Reece.
