With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Able of Brunswick, Georgia, born in Salem, New Jersey, who passed away on July 9, 2021 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Ray Able and Mattie Lou Nolen Able; his great grandchild McKenzie Middleton; and his niece Mattie Herrin. He is survived by: his daughters, Lora Able Thornton (Ron) of Hoboken, Rhea Able of Hoboken, Lisa Garbutt (Mark) of Sterling and Lulu Able (Pete) of Nahunta; his grandchildren, Chevi Middleton (Jennifer), George Middleton (Emily), Garett Able, Leland Anderson, Mallory Crosby, Lydia Anderson, Sawyer Garbutt and River Garbutt; his great grandchildren, Elsie Middleton, Jeb Middleton, Harper Able, Addie Middleton and Hudson Middleton; and his siblings, Leon Able (Stephanie) of Brunswick, Greg Able (Cheryl) of Atkinson, Linnie Fountain of Waynesville, Nina Able of Hoboken, Jody Edgy of Virginia and Louise Able of Waynesville.
