He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Ned Spencer, Sr.; his son Ellis Spencer; his siblings, Ned Jr., Thomas, Arthur, Donald, Matilda Grant, Alice Frasier and Maybelle Bruce; his sons, Clarence Spencer Jr. (Renae), Rodney Spencer (Lola), Michael Spencer (Kathy) and Victor Spencer (Angela); his sibling Claretha Bright; and his sisters-in-law, Edith Smiley, Morean Morman and Earnestine Smiley. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren that love and miss him dearly; several nieces, nephews, cousins, many sorrowful friends.
Due to the current state of (COVID-19) pandemic and in order to promote social distancing, anyone entering the funeral home for viewing; as well as attending all graveside or funeral service, either inside or outside, must wear a mask.
