He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Harding and Grathel Harding; his significant other Wanda Hooks Harding; and his son Phillip Harding, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Scott Harding (Michelle) of Brunswick; and his grandchildren, Kinsley, Kennison Harding, Phillip Harding, III and Peyton Harding. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
