She is survived by: her sister-in-law Patricia Smith of Zieglerville; her cousins, Tirzah Riley (Baird), Ginger Ketzel (Baird) of Santa Barbara, Esther Smith (Baird) of Gilbert and Dr. Forrest Baird of Spokane, WA.; her children, Susan Baechtel (Jerry), Richard Baechtel (Lorrie), Laurie Pitcock and Reverend Bonnie Lanyi (David); her grandchildren, Lt. Commander Kevin Pitcock, U. S. Navy, Kirsten Pitcock, Richard Baechtel (Bridgette), Juliana Rose Lanyi (Jessica), San Jose, Jacqueline Regione (Michael), Austin, Tex, Sarah Lanyi, Andrew Crabbs, Nora Nicole Mestemaker (Ethan), Jasper and Andrew Lanyi; and her great grandchildren, Kendall, Allyson Rose and Braydon Baird Baechtel of Canton.
The cause of death was Covid-19.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church where she was a member.
