It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Gibbons (Brunswick, Georgia), who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Gibbons-Kelly and Robert Walker; her siblings, Charlie Gibbons, Frank Gibbons, Robert Walker, Jr., Henrietta Gibbons Maxwell and Carrie Bell Gibbons; and her siblings-in-law, Julia Gibbons, Sarah Gibbons, Richard Gibbons and Robert Maxwell.
She is survived by: her son David Gibbons; her daughter-in-law Silvia Gemelli-Gibbons; and her siblings, Samuel Lee Walker, Elizabeth Hill-Gibbons, Sarah Walker-Brooks, Margaret Walker-Wilson, Judith Walker-Walker, Dorothy Walker-Landers, Marie Walker-Stanley and Layvette Walker-McGruder. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and faithful friends.
Due to the current state of (COVID-19) pandemic and in order to promote social distancing, anyone entering the funeral home for viewing; as well as attending all graveside services must wear a mask.
