Martha Chaney Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2019, at the age of 64, Martha Chaney (Broxton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cleveland Hersey and Gladys Rubymae Greer Hersey; and her husband Woodie S. Pate Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Angela Hope Bennett of Broxton, GA, Shanda Diane Cato of Douglas, GA and William Shannon Chaney of Douglas, GA; her grandchildren, Blake Chaney, Danielle Chaney, Cheyenne Chaney, Tyler Harrell, Lex Bennett and Jarrett Cato; her great grandchildren, Jordan Chaney, Asher Chaney and Luciano Hernandez; and her brothers, James Hersey of Nicholls, GA, Kenney Hersey of Douglas, GA, Ronnie Hersey of North Carolina and Mike Hersey of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
