Musgrove of Douglas, John Anthony Worth (Chassity) of Broxton, Tori S. Whitley (Scott) of Nicholls and Jonathan Patrick Smith of Broxton, Georgia; his grandchildren, Abigail, Creed, Maddie, Kara of Hagan, C. J., Henli, Adrian, Cannon, Novalee, RexLee and Libby; his brother Rusty Worth (Sharon) of Broxton, Georgia; and his uncle Steve Worth (Mary) of Florida. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
A reception was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ricketson Funeral Home Chapel (305 W Ward St, Douglas, GA 31533).
