He is survived by: his wife Margarett Jane Lankford of Broxton, GA; his daughters, Samantha Ann Lankford (Ottie) of Broxton, GA and Amanda Caroline Lankford of Broxton, GA; his grandchildren, David Scott Woods Jr. (Colleen) of Broxton, GA, Lauren Elizabeth Mercer (Nick) of Broxton, GA and Alanna Marie Lankford of Broxton, GA; and his sister Eloise Daniel of Moultrie, GA..
