He was predeceased by: his father Robert Garner; and his brothers, Ralph and Roland. He is survived by: his mother Kate Garner; his children, Shannon Garner, Richard Garner, Curtis Garner and Beck Garner; and his siblings, Rebecca McGraw, Richard Garner, Ronnie Garner and Rufus Garner. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
