It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Scott Pettis in Brooks, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, William Craig and Lyndel Pettis; his brother William Christopher; his sister-in-law Rachel Pettis; his niece Abby Pettis; his sisters, Lindsey Catherine Pettis and Morgan Leigh Pettis; his aunts and uncles, David, Judy Pettis, Phillip Pettis and Samantha Spillers; and also, Alester Spears and Clay Bethune.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Georgia Cystic Fibrosis organization or the Fayetteville First Baptist Church Building Fund.
