He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Whitlock and Mary Isabell Ison Whitlock; and his grandchildren, Slade and Trey Buffington. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Whitlock; his daughters, Tanya Buffington (Stacy), Krystal Diaz (Juan) and Whitney Whitlock-Stevens (Andrew); his grandchildren, Alexys, Sydney, Easton, Kasen, Matthew, Graysen and Weylyn; and his brothers, Kenneth Whitlock and Dexter Whitlock. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousin.
