He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Garner (Jennifer) and Janet Garner-Hayles (Nicki); his grandchildren, Taylor, Anissa, Matthew, Jameson and Watson; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Autumn, Hunter and Caroline; his parents, Jasper Garner and Audrey Garner; and his siblings, Quenton Garner, Larry Garner Jasper Garner (Fuzzy), Linda Scott, Patsy Meacham, Stanley Garner and W. J. Garner.
