He was predeceased by: his parents, James David and Ruby Britt. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Britt; his siblings, Patricia Toney and Ted Britt (Tonya); his children, Douglas Britt (Karla Newman), Jennifer Butler and Rhonda Britt; his grandchildren, Jordan Butler (Brendan Roberts) and Ava Grace Samford; and his stepchildren, Angus Nelson Daunt (Christy Hubbard) and Elizabeth Daunt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
