He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hornsby; his children, Veronica Hornsby of Brooks, T. J. Hornsby (Lindsie Piper) of Sharpsburg and Bradley Hornsby (Jaden McCoy) of Whitesburg; his siblings, Jack Hornsby of Brooks and Leah Turner (Darron) of Locust Grove; his grandchildren, Graecyn Hornsby, Bradley Hornsby, Jr., Oliver Hornsby, Blakeley Hornsby and Kylie Hornsby; and his pets, Sampson and Pepper. He is also survived by his aunt, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
