She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Peltier and Lucille Peltier; her husband Henry Eugene "Gene" Parker; her sisters, Beatrice Mitchell and Betty Buckner; and her great grandchild Macoy Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Carole L. Phillips (Patrick Agostino) of Souderton, PA, Janet F. Parker (Mary Fooks) of Gap, PA, Barry E. Parker (Lana) of Bear Creek, NC and Terri S. Smallwood (George) of Brooks, GA; her grandchildren, Roland Phillips (Rachel) of Chicago, IL, Kathryn Gingerich (Adam) of Lansdale, PA, Rebecca F. Parker of Lancaster, PA, Daniel Fooks of Philadelphia, PA, Patrick Agostino (Suzanne) of Beverly, MA, Eric Agostino (Angie) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Jolee Hicks (Michael) of Clifton Park, NY; and her great grandchildren, Lilyanna, Emmett, Milo Gingerich, Sophia F. Parker, Ella, Keegan, Tucker Agostino and Sienna Hicks.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Clara's memory to Southern Grace Hospice.
