He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bozeman Ellis and Bruce Garland Russell Sr.; and his sister Mary Gene Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Suzy Russell; his daughters, Dana Mifsud (Patrick) and Stephanie Peck (Jason); and his grandchildren, Hollis and Samantha.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Providence Church (592 Bernhard Rd, Fayetteville, GA 30215).
