He is survived by: his pet Angelpoo; his wife Wilma Cook; his children, Anngie Donaldson of Brooklet, Abbie Thompson (Matt), Tonya Kicklighter (Steve), Tom Cook (Janice), Statesboro and Tim Cook of Ohio; his stepsons, James Brown and Jeffrey Brown; and his sister Candice Chillik of Ohio. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
