She is survived by: her husband Ed Malphrus; her children, Betty Edwards (James), Earl Conaway (Janet) and Ira Smith (Angie); her sisters, Janette Williams, Barbara Ann Davis and Carrie Mae Morgan (Ralph); her grandchildren, Phillip Deloach (Misty), Nicholas Deloach (Carley), Crystal Deloach (Jason), Brian Smith, Travis Smith, Brittney Smith, Douglas Smith and Gary Smith; and her stepchildren, Dorie Rogers (Eddie), Marie Hoover and Amy James. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
